Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 6, 2026

This policy explains what information GioLocated LLC ("GioLocated", "I", "me") collects through giolocated.com and work.giolocated.com, how I use it, and the choices you have. GioLocated is a one-person business run by Giovanni Martinez in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Questions go to giolocated@gmail.com.

What I collect

What you type into a form. When you use the contact form, the Social Green Co. event form, or an email sign-up, I get what you enter: usually your name, email address, phone number if you give it, and your message.

Your Head Start roadmap answers. When you use the free roadmap tool on the homepage, I get your three answers and the roadmap the tool writes from them. If you ask for an emailed copy, I also get your name and email address.

Print orders. When you buy a print, the store collects your name, shipping address, email address, and payment details. Payments are handled by the checkout's payment processor. I never see or store your full card number.

How you use the site. Like most websites, this one collects basic information automatically: pages visited, the site that sent you here, your device and browser type, rough location (city level), and how you scroll and click. This comes from cookies and similar tools described below.

How I use it

To answer your message, quote a project, or plan your event.
To build and show your Head Start roadmap, and to email you a copy if you ask.
To fill, ship, and support your print order, and to keep the records the law requires for sales and taxes.
To see which pages are useful and fix the ones that aren't.
To send marketing emails, only if you signed up for them. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

When you send a form or ask for a roadmap by email, you're saved as a contact in my website's system, and I may write back once with a note of my own. I don't add you to a mailing list unless you sign up for one.

I don't sell your information, and I don't share it for anyone else's advertising.

How the roadmap tool works

The roadmap tool is a custom tool I built on top of an AI model from Google (the Gemini API). When you click to draft your roadmap, your three answers are sent to Google to write the draft. Under Google's terms for paid API use, Google doesn't use that content to train or improve its products. Your answers and draft are saved on this site with your request, so please leave out anything private, like passwords, health details, or financial account numbers.

Who else handles your information

I use a small number of service providers to run the business. They only get what they need to do their job:

Wix hosts giolocated.com and stores form entries, contacts, roadmap requests, and orders.
Google writes roadmap drafts (Gemini API) and measures site traffic (Google Analytics).
Microsoft Clarity shows how visitors use pages, such as where they click and how far they scroll. It masks text you type into forms.
Printful prints and ships print orders and receives your name and shipping address for that.
Cloudflare hosts work.giolocated.com and counts visits there without cookies.
The payment processor at checkout handles card payments.

I may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect my rights or someone's safety.

Cookies and tracking

Cookies are small files your browser stores. This site uses:

Necessary cookies that keep the site and checkout working (set by Wix).
Analytics cookies from Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, which help me understand traffic and fix pages that confuse people.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work. You can also opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

How long I keep it

Roadmap requests are deleted automatically after 12 months. The email address on a request is erased after 90 days.
Messages and contacts stay until you ask me to delete them or I no longer need them.
Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require, usually several years.

Your choices

You can ask me to show you, correct, or delete the information I have about you. Email giolocated@gmail.com and I'll answer within 30 days. If you live somewhere that gives you more privacy rights, I'll honor them.

Children

This site is for businesses and adults. I don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think a child has sent me information, email me and I'll delete it.

Security

I use reputable providers and limit who can see your information (it's me). No website can promise perfect security, so please don't send anything through a form that you'd need to keep secret.

Changes

If I change this policy, I'll update the date at the top. Big changes will also be noted on this page.
