These terms cover your use of giolocated.com and work.giolocated.com, run by GioLocated LLC in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. By using the site, you agree to them. If you hire me for a project, the written agreement for that project controls the work.
Using the site
You're welcome to read, share links to, and learn from anything here. Please don't misuse the site: no attempts to break it, overload it, scrape it in bulk, or send anything unlawful, abusive, or spammy through its forms.
The free Head Start roadmap
The roadmap is a free, automatic first draft written from the three answers you give. It hasn't seen your website, Google profile, ads, or numbers, so it can be wrong or incomplete. It's general marketing guidance, not legal, tax, financial, or other professional advice, and it isn't a promise of results. Use your own judgment before acting on it. The tool has daily limits and may be unavailable at times.
Prices and offers
Prices on the site are current when posted and can change. A quote or agreement I send you in writing is what counts for any project.
Photos and other content
All photos, videos, writing, and graphics on this site are owned by GioLocated LLC or used with permission, and are protected by copyright. You may not copy, download, edit, or use them for any other purpose without my written permission. Buying a print gives you the physical print for personal display. It doesn't give you the right to copy the image or use it commercially. For licensing, email giolocated@gmail.com.
Client names and logos shown in my work belong to their owners.
Links to other sites
Some pages link to other websites. I don't control those sites and I'm not responsible for their content or practices.
No warranties
The site and everything on it, including the roadmap tool, is provided as is. I work to keep it accurate and running, but I can't promise it will always be error-free or available.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, GioLocated LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses that come from using the site or the free tools, such as lost profits or lost data. If I'm found liable for anything related to the free parts of the site, the most I owe is $100.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin.
Changes
I may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
