Shipping & Returns

Shipping

• Shipping is free on every order to the United States. I don't ship outside the US yet.

• Each print is made to order. Printing takes 2 to 5 business days, then US Standard shipping takes about 3 to 4 business days.

• You'll get an email with tracking when your order ships.

• Holiday orders: order by December 8 for the best chance of delivery before Christmas.

 

Damaged or misprinted prints

If your print arrives damaged or with a printing problem, email giolocated@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. I'll send a free replacement.

 

Lost packages

If tracking stops moving or your order hasn't arrived, email me within 30 days of the expected delivery date and I'll sort it out with the printer and carrier. If a package is confirmed lost, I'll send a replacement.

 

Returns

Because each print is made just for you, I can't take returns or exchanges for a change of mind or a wrong size. Please check the size before ordering. If you're not sure which size fits your wall, email me first and I'll help.

 

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email me right away. Once a print has gone to the printer, I can't change the address, and a reshipment because of a wrong address costs extra.

 

Sales tax

Wisconsin sales tax is added at checkout where it applies.
